At Sassy Jacks Stitchery we understand your need for privacy and promise you that all the information you send to us will remain with us.
Our payment system allows you to link to your personal PayPal site, where your payment is processed securely through PayPal, or to use your card directly in our shop through our partnership with PayPal.
Additionally, your information shared with us for classes or newsletters or for any other reason will not be shared.
We respect your privacy and we promise to keep your personal information confidential.
Our Return Policy at Sassy Jacks Stitchery
Your satisfaction is important to us here at Sassy Jacks Stitchery. I understand that seeing something on a screen and holding it in your hands are sometimes sadly at odds with one another. We will work hard to make it right. Please see our return policies below:
Please send us an e-mail or give us a call and let us know the problem as soon as possible. We’ll decide the next steps and provide the necessary return authorization. If a return is required, please include a copy of the receipt with the return.
All returns must be processed within 30 days of sale and must be pre-authorized.
Any defective items will be refunded or replaced.
All returnable items must be in re-saleable condition — original packaging intact, absence of pet hair or cigarette smoke, etc.
Printed materials, kits and fabrics are not returnable.
Special Order and Sale items are not returnable.
Please check your order immediately after you receive it. If we made an error with your order, we will do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
Return shipping via US Mail will be reimbursed for authorized returns. Please confirm shipping with us before mailing the return.
Any returns made for a reason other than an error on our part, or for a defective item, may be subject to a restocking fee.

Mailing and Shipping
Sassy Jacks Stitchery uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our preferred shipping partner.
Packages 13 oz. or less are sent First Class Mail via USPS.
Packages over 13 oz. are sent Priority Mail via USPS.
Any oversized items or heavy charts/kits where items will not fit into a flat rate USPS priority mailer, or where costs exceed the estimated shipping and handling, may incur additional shipping charges.
All deliveries within the contiguous US and the USVI will be shipped at a flat rate of $4.00 per order beginning September 1, 2018. Additional shipping charges may apply for large, irregular shaped, or overweight items.
International deliveries to select countries will be shipped at a flat rate of $10.00 per order. If insurance is not requested, the parcel will ship uninsured and delivery cannot be guaranteed. Insurance costs will be charged in addition to the flat rate charges if elected by the buyer. Countries eligible for $10.00 flat rate shipping are: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Singapore, and Finland. This list may be modified without notice.
If you don’t see your country listed on our website, send us an email with your order and your PayPal address and we’ll be happy to get you taken care of.
-Why is my order on hold? When your order is received in our system, it is automatically put into the “processing” status. When we print our order and go through the shipping process, we put your order into a “hold” status. Once your order is shipped, we put your order into “completed” status. If we do a partial shipment on your order due to a missing item, your order will remain in a “hold” status.
